User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and communications. Agents and brokers must hold valid licenses as required by Philippine law.

Subscriptions

Agent subscriptions are billed manually. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and listing removal at our discretion.

Content moderation

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing or account that violates these terms or applicable law.

Limitation of liability

InDavao provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for disputes between buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and agents.
